What to wear and what to bring!
Wear tight-fitting, long pants/leggings and a T-Shirt or vest top. You can also bring a pair of shorts to wear as you may prefer training in shorts due to the additional grip behind your knees. No shoes or socks are worn during aerial hoop training. Please bring a sweat towel and a bottle of water.

Do I need gloves?
You may choose to wear supportive, grippy gloves, similar to weight-lifting gloves. However, we recommend working your way through our beginner level syllabus before deciding if you really need gloves or not. It is more than likely that you won’t need gloves once you get used to the aerial hoop.
