This 5-week special-offer beginner Aerial Hoop course will introduce you to all the basics, including conditioning, transitions, floor work and basic tricks. you will even learn how to go upside down on a hoop.
Want to lose weight? During an aerial fitness class, you’ll be toning up and burning calories while having fun!
Aerial hoop is an exciting alternative to traditional core, strength and conditioning training. Even if you feel you have zero upper body strength, we will show you how to build your strength and endurance using the hoop as the ultimate body-weight training tool.
We are adhering to social distancing rules, and you won’t be sharing hoops – meaning more time on the hoop for you!
