Alison Ballard

Owner and head instructor, Alison Ballard, has been training in aerial arts since 2014 and is a highly regarded instructor, instructor trainer and international Pole & Aerial Sports judge and Head Judge (IPSF).

Whether you are looking for basic-level classes for fitness or advanced competition training, you can be confident in Alison’s ability to help you achieve your goals. She is an experienced instructor known for her intricate, detailed and safe approach to training.

She has competed in aerial sports on a National level but has focused on training and choreographing routines for competitive athletes since 2018.

Alison was awarded the IPSF Judge of the Year award in 2023 and sat as Head Judge for the IPSF World Pole and Aerial Championship held in Kielce, Poland in October 2023.

She has also judged at numerous competitions in Europe, South America and Asia.

Alison is an accredited aerial hoop instructor with Spin City, an accredited pole fitness instructor with The Pole Studio,  and a qualified Therapeutic Massage Therapist and pilates instructor

Tania Becker

Tania has formal training in various dance forms including Tap, Modern, Ballet, Spanish, Pole, Aerial and Contemporary Dance. She studied Dance at Pro Arte Alphen Park and was honoured with awards in Dance Artistry and Best Senior Dance Student.

Tania performed and fulfilled the role of choreographer in a variety of dance and aerial productions throughout her 20-year (and counting) career.

Currently, she expresses her love for the discipline as a performer, instructor and choreographer for aerial and pole students and competitors.

Tania is a regular on the Pole Sport and Aerial Competition Stage and placed in several National and International Competitions with the highlight of placing 7th at the IPSF World Championships 2022 in the Aerial Hoop discipline. Tania also served on judging panels for major competitions through the years.
