Pole Icon Workshops:
All Pole Icon Workshops are offered at R 300.00 for an in studio booking and R150.00 for online attendance.
Saturday 27th February, Pole Icon Intermediate 1 Workshop 13:15-15:15
Inverting ability is recommended to make the most of this workshop.
Sunday 28th February, Pole Icon Intermediate 2 Workshop 10:00-12:00
Inverting ability is recommended to make the most of this workshop.
Sunday 28th February, Pole Icon Beginner Workshop 12:15-14:15
New beginners are welcome.
Saturday 20th March, Pole Icon Advanced 1 Workshop 13:15-15:15
Shouldermount, Reverse Climb and Mid-air Inverting ability recommended to make the most of this workshop.

The event will start from 10:00 SAST. Each competitor will receive a specific time slot.

Friends and family can watch your Icon presentations on Zoom.
What is Pole Icon?
During this event, each competitor will be asked by the judges to perform specific Pole moves from the Pole Icon moves list of their specific level.
To score highly, the competitor must perform the pole moves to set requirements.
Competitors will enter the division(s) most suited to their level and learn specific moves provided by the organisers.
Competitors will be judged by experienced judges.
Who can take part in Pole Icon?
Solo presentations only.
Girls, Boys, Women and Men.
The age range for Pole Icon is:
7 years old – 50+

Beginner
There are 10 beginner level pole moves on the Pole Icon beginner moves list.
Intermediate 1
There are 15 intermediate level pole moves on the Pole Icon Intermediate 1 moves list.
Intermediate 2
There are 15 intermediate level pole moves on the Pole Icon Intermediate 2 moves list.
Advanced 1
There are 15 advanced 1 pole moves on the Pole Icon advanced moves list.
Advanced 2
There are 15 advanced 2 pole moves on the Pole Icon advanced moves list.
